(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) Alleging that the fourth respondent has violated the building plan and has constructed a building, this public interest litigation has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take action against the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.L.P.Mourya, learned counsel for the second respondent stated that the second respondent has initiated action in accordance with law against the fourth respondent by issuing notices dated 22.10.2021 and 05.01.2022.
