ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the further investigation in Crime No.103 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent police and to entrust the same to the third respondent police for investigation and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the second respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Sivagangai on 20.10.2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
