ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the name of 4th respondent from Patta No. 1492 measuring an extent of 6 cents in Survey.No1462/10 and to restore petitioner's name in the joint patta having Patta No.1517 of Vadakku Vallioor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated on 27.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the enquiry is under way and they would require eight weeks to complete the same.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to issue notice to the

petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, hold an enquiry and thereafter proceed to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
