ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam to speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.234 of 2014 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this case evidence has been over and the case stands posted for judgment.. He would further submit that the petitioner is a law graduate and due to the pendency of the case, he is unable to enroll him as an advocate, hence he has filed the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case in C.C.No.234 of 2014 is posted for pronouncing judgement on 15.09.2022.

4. In view of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.234 of 2014 immediately without giving any adjournment on 15.09.2022.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
