ORDER
The Government vide G.O.Ms.No.50, dated 23.05.2016, waived the crop loan of the small and marginal farmers by the Co-operative farm as on 31.03.2016. The petitioners, who have availed loan from the respective Cooperative Societies, have filed this writ petition seeking waiver of the crop loan availed by them.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submits that the waiver scheme was extended to the petitioners and the entire outstanding crop loan availed by the petitioners was already waived. He further submits that the petitioners are not entitled for refund of the amount, which were already paid by them.
3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the respondents that the entire crop loan availed by the petitioners were waived, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
