The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in reference number CLM22053929, dated 30.03.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after receiving the complaint, enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner gave a statement that she did not know where her document lost. Therefore, the respondent police closed the said complaint. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition stands closed.
