ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and for the enjoyment of his properties by considering the petitioner's complaint 17.06.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Senior Citizen aged about 72 years. The third respondent is illegally attempting to grab the properties of the petitioner and giving trouble to the petitioner and his family members. Therefore he gave complaint against the third respondent to the second respondent on 17.06.2022, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner is now pending before the second respondent.

In view of the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry up on the representation given by the petitioner dated 17.06.2022 and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
