ORDER
It is seen that the writ petitioner has taken out an application on 30.07.2024 and has rushed to this Court on 01.08.2024 alleging that the respondents have not acted upon his application.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file the writ petition at the appropriate time. No costs.
