This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned communication of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.6148/2017/E1, dated 02.08.2017 and further direct the respondents to include the petitioners name as a beneficiary in IGNOAP Scheme.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner was provided with old age pension, by an order dated 11.07.2018.
