ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Salesman of TASMAC Corporation seeking extension of his service for further period of two years from 58 years to 60 years, based upon G.O(MS)No.29, Personnel and Administrative Reforms(S) Department, Chennai, dated 25.02.2021. 2.The petitioner had sent a representation to the said effect on 23.07.2024 to the third respondent herein.

3.In view of the above said fact, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
