ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the punishment orders with consequential relief to pay the arrears of increment and grant promotion if any which the petitioner is legally entitled.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had attained superannuation on 30.04.2020. Thereafter, the terminal benefits were paid to the petitioner through proceedings dated 05.07.2021. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
