ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing to the respondents to register the death of the petitioner's grandfather and issue death certificate of the petitioner's grandfather viz., Venkadachalam Chettiyar..

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner shall cooperate with the respondents and produce all necessary records before the authorities.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
