This writ petition is filed as against the rejection of tender application submitted by the petitioner dated 01.02.2018 and 03.02.2018 and consequently direct the second respondent to reconsider the tender.

2.Today(04.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that a similar writ petition with regard to this issue has already been decided by this Court and it was dismissed. Therefore, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed.
