ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application, dated on 21.01.2025, with regards to register the death of the petitioner's grandfather 1/3
viz., Lingi Chetty and issue death certificate of the petitioner's grandfather viz., Lingi Chetty within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
