ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the condition that has been passed by the trial Court in Cr.M.P.No.4157 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022. 1/4

2.The only grievance, upon which this petition came to be filed, is that the petitioner was directed to execute the bond to the value of Rs.7,00,000/- with two sureties. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that since the amount is huge, he is not in a position to arrange the sureties for the aforesaid amount and the year of the make of the vehicle is 2014. 3.Considering the oldness of the vehicle, the amount is reduced from Rs.7,00,000/- to Rs.5,00,000/-. Accordingly, condition No.i) that has been imposed upon the petitioner by the trial Court is modified as follows:- i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with two solvent sureties (solvency certificate to be obtained from the concerned Tahsildar) each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

4.The other conditions that has been imposed upon the petitioner by the trial Court shall remain unaltered. This Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, accordingly.
