Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order No.11/BCDFGISSSV/2020, dated 25.11.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Sivakannan alias Chatti Siva, son of Sudalai, aged about 25 years now confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty, forthwith. [Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.226, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department, dated 11.01.2021, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked.
