[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, namey, Murugan, aged about 31 years for his production before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.The petitioner would state that her husband is working as Mason and the marriage between them was performed on 24.10.2009. During the wedlock, they are blessed two children. She would further state that on 05.12.2020, her husband has gone to Namakkal for construction work and thereafter, he did not even contact her. Hence, the present petition.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1204 of 2020 3.Heard Mr.R.Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the detenu appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the petitioner would state that the detenu had returned back to her house yesterday.
5.In the light of the above fact, we are of the opinion that no further order is necessary in this habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is closed.
