(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) When the matter was listed for hearing on 31.01.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner/party-in-person. Hence the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was also listed in the advance list on 04.01.2024. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 2/4

2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
