This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for the surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crl.OP(MD).No.6065 of 2026 vide order dated 22.04.2026 in Crime No.22 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in CRL OP(MD) NO. 6065 of 2026, for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
