2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was informed that the petitioner died. Further, learned Temple Counsel 2/5

submitted that all the shops let out for commercial purposes to private parties have been removed from the temple premises subsequent to the fire mishap. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the said submission made by the temple Counsel, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Further, the petitioner is dead and nothing survives for adjudication.
