ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to investigate the case in Crime No.103 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.103 of 2019 has been transferred from the second respondent to the Inspector of Police, CCB, Trichy.

3.Considering the above facts, the Inspector of Police, CCB, Trichy, is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
