For Petitioner : Mr.C.Gangai Amaran For R1 to R3 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and other unofficial respondent No.4 and the police are aware about the same, since long time. In spite of it, on a complaint given by the respondent No.4 dated 07.04.2023, the police have been harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the police have received the representation dated 07.04.2023 through the respondent No.1 police/the Superintendent of Police and the investigation is going on and soon after the completion of the enquiry, the police will close the petition of the respondent No.4.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent police are directed to complete the enquiry in the representation allegedly given by the respondent No.4 keeping in view of the fact that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 is seized of by the District Munsif Court, Usilampatti, Madurai in O.S.No.132 of 2022 as quickly as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Petition is disposed of.
