This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for her willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.19540 of 2024, dated 16.08.2024. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side Side) appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, summons were issued to the parties and enquiry was conducted; that the petitioner has appeared for enquiry and made an endorsement and on that basis, the complaint was closed on 25.09.2024 and since the copy of the same was not received by him, he sent another complaint to the higher officials and enquiry was conducted and the closure report, dated 30.07.2025 was sent to the petitioner through registered post and the same was served.
