ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned Notification vide Advertisement No.03/2019 dated 27.06.2019 and the annexures on the file of the first respondent and further, to direct the respondents to appoint only those candidates having Masters Degree in Fisheries Bio Technology in anyone of the colleges of the first respondent University.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had already preferred a Public Interest Litigation challenging the recruitment process.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the entire recruitment process has been completed and the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
