2.No representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor would submit that the matter was compromised.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17160 of 2021, vide order dated 16.12.2021, has quashed the FIR in Crime No.152 of 2020 and after recording the memo of compromise filed by both the parties. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
