For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime in No. 224 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 109, 341 and 307 IPC in Crime No.224 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused said to have waylaid the defacto complainant and assaulted him with sickle and caused injury. Hence, the case has been registered.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner herein. Therefore, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
