The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 28.04.2023 to the respondents, requesting to survey his land in Survey No.80/8C2, to an extent of 0.7.26 Hectares (18 cents) situated at Periya Alangulam, Valaiyapatti, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Survey Officer has issued a notice on 19.07.2023 and fixed the date for survey on 26.07.2023.
