PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.164 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested on 24.04.2021, in connection with the case in Crime No.164 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20 (b) (ii)(c) of NDPS Act, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 30 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case was registered against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.04.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the petitioner is having 26 previous cases to his credit. The details of the previous case are as follows:- 1/4
