This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent police, dated 21.06.2023 in proceedings Na.Ka.No. 15/Kaa.Aa/Kadamalaikundu, wherein, the request of the petitioner seeking permission to conduct Cock Fight at Kumananthozhu Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District on 29.07.2023 was rejected.

2. This writ petition has become infructuous as the dates on which the petitioner intended to conduct the Cock Fight have already been over and the petitioner could not approach this Court on proper time.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent police on which, the respondent police is directed to consider the same and pass orders. 01.08.2023 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no am 2/4
