Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12378 of 2022 on 12.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and charge sheet filed and not taken on file.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12378 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
