PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.03.2023 to shift the pipeline from the petitioner's patta land.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent has laid the pipeline on his patta land. On 25.03.2023, he submitted a representation to the first respondent to remove the pipeline which is passing through his patta land. However, the first respondent has not taken any action so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, based on the written instructions received from the fourth respondent dated 21.07.2023, submits that the fifth respondent is taking efforts to remove the pipeline and it would be removed within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, this Writ Petition is closed.
