ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2.This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to appoint Board of Trustees to Sri Varatha Muneeswarar Temple, situated at Idayamelur Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2018.

3.Considering the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.01.2018, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
