ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue copies of documents referred in Annexure -3 except order passed in WP(MD)No. 5233/2012 and copies of statements referred in the Annexure -4 of the 17(b) Charge Memo issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1496/2009/Pa5, Dated 18.10.2015, within a time frame so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as to enable the petitioner to submit his explanation to the above said charge memo.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner asked for certain copies by submitting his representation, dated 03.12.2015. Despite the same, without furnishing those copies, the enquiry is proceeded with. Hence, to give quietus to the issue, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to supply the copies to the petitioner and receive necessary objections from him and thereafter, proceed with the enquiry. Supply of copies shall be made, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
