ORDER
Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the 3rd to 5th respondents, considering the petitioner's complaint and representation dated 20.05.2026 and 12.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the matter is completely a civil matter in which already a civil suit in O.S.No.55 of 2026 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Pudukkottai, is filed. Recording the same, the enquiry was closed on 04.06.2026.
3. In view of the same, giving liberty to the petitioner to resolve his dispute and find remedy before the appropriate civil court, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint if so advised.
