Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of interim stay of the Transfer order Na.Ka.No.37805/C1/E3/2020 dated 10.11.2020 passed by the 1st respondent and consequential Relieving order Na.Ka.No.123/20 dated 16.11.2020 passed by the 7th respondent pending disposal of the main writ petition.

This contempt petition has been filed as against the order passed in W.M.P(MD)No.14263 of 2020, dated 27.11.2020. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General submits that in view of the order passed in the main writ petition dated 23.12.2021, nothing survives in the contempt petition.

3.In view of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.17074 of 2020, dated 23.12.2021, this contempt petition stands closed.
