ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the Thasildar, Dindigul East Taluk, in a peace committee meeting.

2. The resolution, if any, passed by the Revenue Officials in a peace committee meeting is not having any statutory force and the same has been confirmed by this Court in several orders.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the 1st respondent is hereby set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.07.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
