The writ petitioner has submitted a representation on 14.06.2023 before the second respondent, seeking for rectification of the mistake made in the Town Survey Land Records. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2023, a report was received from the Village Administrative Officer on 22.06.2023 and based on the same, the third respondent, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2385/2023/B dated 14.07.2023, has already made a recommendation to the second respondent.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is 2/4

disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner based on the recommendation of the third respondent dated 14.07.2023, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
