ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the the learned Special Judge (PCR Court) at Srivilliputhur to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner in Crime No.167/21 on the file of the respondent police on the very same day. 2.It appears that the petitioner has earlier filed a petition seeking the very same relief. At that time, in view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that this petitioner is having four previous cases and considering the antecedents of the petitioner, it was dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16071 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only due to the political motive, this complaint has been filed. Some of the cases were registered under Section 188 IPC. So he is entitled for a direction.
4.However, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petitioner is having four previous cases in his credit. Therefore, considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any such direction in favour of the petitioner. In respect of giving a direction of this nature of antecedents of the petitioner is the only consideration. In view of the above, this petition deserves to be dismissed. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
