This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD). No. 18159 of 2024, dated 01.08.2024 has not been complied with.

Today (30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents by referring to the proceedings of the District Officer, Fire and Rescue Service Department, Dindigul District, in e/f/vz;/Na.Ka.No.13050/M/2024 dated 27.01.2026 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the 2/4

proceedings as well as the Government Order are also placed before this Court.
