The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the first and second respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner is registered in CSR.No.741 of 2020 and that the enquiry is pending.

3. In such circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint given by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order / uploading of the order in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
