Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NIRANJAN S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6344, 6341 of 2017 on 24.05.2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
