RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT IN BOTH PETITIONS Prayer in CRL MP(MD) No.10316 of 2022 in CRL OP(MD) No.6344/2022 : Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 6344 of 2017 vide order dated 24.05.2017 in Crime No. 53 of 2006 on the file of the respondent police.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD) No.10317 of 2022 in CRL OP(MD) No.6341/2022 : Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 6341 of 2017 vide order dated 24.05.2017 in Crime No. 54 of 2006 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NIRANJAN S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6344, 6341 of 2017 on 24.05.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
