ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to take appropriate action on my complaint dated 23.02.2026 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against her husband, who has married another woman, when the marriage with the petitioner was in subsistence. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
