ORDER

Though a larger relief has been prayed in this writ petition, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.06.2019, submitted by the writ petitioner.

2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 would consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by both parties, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
