ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner for the document bearing sale deed No. 1/4

1023 of 1991 based on the online complaint reference No.CUS.21115371 dated 16.08.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint through online to found the missing documents of the petitioner. The same was registered in C.S.R.No.427 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police. Even after lapse of one year, no action has been taken for issuing Non-Traceable certificate to the petitioner. Hence, the present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that online complaint has been given by the petitioner without attaching the copy of the missing documents. 4.By way of reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the online complaint, the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and had given all the particulars to them. 5.Perusal of the CD file shows that the copies of the missing documents produced by the petitioner, are not available. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 12.10.2022 and produce the necessary documents as required by the respondent police. 2/4

On receiving the same, the respondent police is also directed complete the process of enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following the circular in this subject by Deputy General of Police.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
