PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime no not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint and counter complaint given by both sides, enquiry was conducted in CSR Nos.412 and 414 of 2023. On account of civil dispute, finally both parties given an undertaking that they will work out their remedy in the pending civil suit itself. Based on the undertaking given by both parties, CSRs were closed. 2.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
