ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 506 (ii) and 302 I.P.C., in crime No.230 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the parties, the petitioner herein and other accused were surrounded the defacto complainant's house with deadly weapons and assaulted the deceased, who is the son of the defacto complainant.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the offence is under Section 302 I.P.C and the prosecution case is that the petitioner also participated in the conspiracy and instigated the other accused, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
