RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner have to appear before the District Munsif cum Judiical Magistrate Court, Bodinaickanur daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. pending revision as per the order in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5627 of 2019 in Crl.RC.(MD) No.379/19. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.

JOHN VINCENT, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.SATHEESHKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- By earlier order dated 01.08.2019, this Court had suspended the sentence and released the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition insofar as the appearance of the petitioner. 2.Mrs.M.Anandha Devi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 01.08.2019 stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinaickanur at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
