ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 120B, 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.6 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner has earlier given an undertaking before this Court that he would cancel the alleged documents which is subject matter of the crime number and considering his request, this Court granted interim protection to the petitioner by an order dated 23.12.2020. Till date, the petitioner has not complied with the said undertaking. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner requires further two weeks time to cancel the document.

CRL OP(MD). No.15619 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration the previous attitude of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
