*********** The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to give necessary direction to the 3rd respondent to disconnect the electricity connection No.H157 on the basis of his representation dated 14.05.2016.

2. For the disconnection of the electricity service connection No.H157, the petitioner made a representation on 14.05.2016 to the first respondent. The said representation has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Upon notice, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent board submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his brother with regard to the electricity service connection and the same would be dealt with in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2016.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
