ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 436 IPC, in Crime No.527 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.12.2020 arount 11.30 p.m. when the respondent police went outside for routine rounds and came back to police booth they saw their police was set in fire by unknown persons. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was included in the F.I.R. after one year. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD).
